Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

This is easy and of course I love it.

Serves 2-3
Ready in 15 minutes

2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons goat cheese (crumbled)
2 tablespoons fresh basil
Angel hair pasta

Cook Pasta

In frying pan, cook oil, tomatoes, red pepper flakes and garlic on med heat for 5 minutes. Smash a few of the tomatoes to help make a sauce.
Toss with pasta and top with fresh goat cheese and basil.

Simple, light, and yummy.
